"Lord, Teach Us To Pray."

If we are to be a church that is truly blessed by the Lord – leading people to faith in Christ and encouraging them to go on to maturity and to go out in mission – , we must pray. At the beginning of the Acts of the Apostles, we are told that “they all joined together constantly in prayer” (1:14). This is the kind of fellowship upon which God poured out His Holy Spirit on the Day of Pentecost. May God help us to learn much from the Apostles. May He help us to pray with them, "Lord, teach us to pray" (Luke 11:1).
